"Whenever I have a request for Mazatlan, I don’t even have to think about which resort to recommend, as far as I’m concerned there is only the El Cid! The El Cid Marina is my favorite go to and not only do I book the majority of my bookings there, we go yearly and have our friends and family join us. Many of my repeat customs go to the El Cid Marina yearly. Some others prefer the Moro and some the Beach, there’s a property for everyone. The staff and service is outstanding. If you want a romantic gourmet meal – just go to the La Terraza restaurant for a flaming kebab and live music! Be sure to book the upgraded elite program so your clients can enjoy all the restaurants and elite lounges. Register your bookings with El Cid Rewards and you’ll enjoy spending your points, I like getting the Visa gift cards! It’s very easy to enter your booking and your points will start to accumulate. It’s fun going thru list of items I can ‘buy’ with my points. I’m looking forward to my next visit, thank you El Cid!"

"To all my fellow travel agents still left after covid. Let me tell you about ElCid Resorts, this is by far my #1 choice to head to on my personal vacations. I have been to resorts with butler service and 5+ star everything but my number one choice is Elcid Resorts in Mazatlan Mexico. This amazing resort group has the Hand over heart service. They have everything your clients could want, and for those that want to put the cherry on top make it an Elite Package, it is a must. Your clients will get amazing service, fantastic food and want to come back. Now one of the best things is the communication with the Agents reps like Norma and Roberto, they get back to you fast and are extremely accommodating. In the industry Norma and Roberto set an extremely high standard for others to attempt to achieve. They are the best. As for the Rewards as a travel agent I think it is so good, i have received so many VISA gift cards over the last several years that i have bought a new Mac computer and it is so easy to claim your rewards.

I have never had any issues sending my clients here but only received high praise and they all want to return over and over again.
