• The All Inclusive Plan does not include El Moro Beach Resort but it is available at El Cid Castilla, El Cid Granada Country Club and El Cid Marina Beach. The All Inclusive services for guests staying at Castilla or Granada do not apply towards visits at El Cid Marina Beach. However, if guests are staying at Marina Beach, they have full access to the All Inclusive services of Castilla Beach and Granada at no additional charge, including restaurants, bars, theme dinner shows, activities, Kids Club and more, plus a complimentary shuttle bus provide transportation to these properties.
• There are some food & beverage restrictions on the All Inclusive Plan whereas the Elite All inclusive Plan has no restrictions and is available at any restaurants at all four resorts.

European Plan only includes the room. There are many choices for a´ la carte and buffet restaurants throughout our properties. Guests can pay directly or charge to their room. When checking out, guests will receive an itemized statement of their total room charges and other miscellaneous charges.

• Taxes are excluded for European Plan.
• Taxes are included (19%) on All Inclusive Plan rates.

Free shuttle transportation is offered between our four properties and the Club House, every 15 minutes starting from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm for hotel guests.

• Identification for special rates such as: TA Rate, AAA Rate, El Cid Rewards Member Rate.

• Room amenities: Shower cap, shampoo, body cream, hair conditioner, sewing kit, face towels, bath towels.

Cribs and extra beds are neither guaranteed nor bookable but are subject to availability and a request will certainly be made on the guest’s behalf. Cribs have an average price of $150 pesos ($11 USD) per night and extra beds have an average price of $180 pesos ($15 USD) per night.

Smoking is not allowed in the guest room -- only on the balconies and smoking areas within the hotel.

• Fitness Center is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm weekdays and from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
• Spa is open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with body treatments, aromatherapy, massages (reservation required).
• Beauty salon offers herbal and normal waxing, haircuts and styling, make-up, manicures and pedicures.
