Guests credit card is only to guarantee the reservation. Nothing is charged until guests provide the information needed to make the charge by reservation agents. According to our seasonal guarantee policies deposit is required for some seasons, which is going to be charged after the reservation is made and then call to the hotel reservations office from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, and Saturday at until 1400 for more information about the periods and methods of payment and reset of the stay is paid upon check in. If the guarantee reservation does not require a deposit the guest must pay the stay amount on the check in date, which can be covered in cash or credit card.
