  • Are strollers available for rent at the resorts?

    Yes, the cost is $5 USD per day.

  • Is it possible to have connecting rooms?

    Your request for connecting room will be noted and we will do our best to accommodate you, however, confirmation is based on availability at the time of check-in.

  • Are ‘Day Passes’ available for guests to visit the property for the day if they are attending weddings and other special events?

    Yes, we have full day passes available at $107 USD per person for adults over 18 years of age. Partial day passes for lunch only (12:00 pm to 6:00 pm) are $55 USD per person. Children pay less depending on their age (kids under 6 years are free, kids between 7 and 11 years are 50% off, and children between 12 and 17 years are 30% off).ational alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as house wine house (red, white, pink and sparkling), meals at our five restaurants and room service. Also, use of non-motorized beach activities (Kayak, boogie boards, paddle boards, etc.) and the Kid’s Club for children from 4 to 12 years of age.

  • What is the smoking policy at the resorts?

    All guest rooms are non-smoking although there are designated outdoor areas where smoking is allowed.

  • How can I book transportation from the airport to El Cid Resorts?

  • How can restaurant reservations be made?

    Reservations can be made with the concierge team at the resort.

  • What is the dress code at each of the restaurants?

    The dress code is casual, however, shorts, flip flops and bathing suits are not allowed.

  • What is the minimum age to book a room at El Cid Resorts?

    The minimum age is 18 years old, however, over Spring Break (February through March) the minimum age is 25 years.

  • What is the fee for Internet / WIFI at the resorts?

    The cost is $60 USD per week or $15 USD per day for one device.

  • Are reservations pre paid?

    Guests credit card is only to guarantee the reservation. Nothing is charged until guests provide the information needed to make the charge by reservation agents. According to our seasonal guarantee policies deposit is required for some seasons, which is going to be charged after the reservation is made and then call to the hotel reservations office from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, and Saturday at until 1400 for more information about the periods and methods of payment and reset of the stay is paid upon check in. If the guarantee reservation does not require a deposit the guest must pay the stay amount on the check in date, which can be covered in cash or credit card.   • What do guests need to show upon check in?

    A credit card is required upon check in for incidentals. Passport ID is required upon check in/ a credit card is required for incidentals.

  • Can guests have a room up grade?

    Room up grade has an additional nightly charge.

  • Some room amenities:

    Room amenities: shampoo, cream, hair conditioner, face towels, bath towels, pool towels.

  • Does the hotel provide cribs?

    Cribs and extra beds are neither guaranteed nor bookable, and connected rooms should be requested, but all of these services are subject to availability. Cribs and extra beds have no charge. They can fit in the room -only one of them-

  • Is there a safe in rooms?

    There is a safety/security box in the room and it has no charge.
